Bobby started in the home building industry in 1968, after graduating from the University of Florida. He became the first AR Homes® franchisee, and since 1980, has become one of the leading custom home builders in the Fort Myers and Lee County area.

Since 1988, he has helped create over 800 luxury homes valued at more than $400 million. Under his leadership, Lyons Housing, LLC has been recognized for its excellence in customer satisfaction and quality construction.  Bobby has been named the AR Homes® Builder of the Year four times. Lyons Housing, LLC has also twice been awarded the Gold Cup Award in for the highest customer satisfaction ratings.

Tim oversees an elite team of homebuilding professionals, applying his extensive construction management, purchasing, customer service, and sales experience to the entire process. He aims for nothing less than perfection for his clients.

A lifelong resident of southwest Florida and a graduate of Florida SouthWestern, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Natalie and their two children, Olivia and Jimmy. Together, they love to travel, especially to historic places, spending time with friends, camping, and scouting.

John Cahill’s experience in the building industry spans almost four decades. After earning a degree in construction engineering from the University of Florida in 1978, he began his career as an estimator and project manager in the commercial drywall/stucco industry. In 2000, he joined the AR Homes® team. Married for 35 years, John and his wife, Kim, have successfully raised two sons and one daughter and currently enjoy spoiling their five grandchildren.

No stranger to the construction industry, Norma grew up around the building business and joined AR Homes®. It was there that she met, and eventually married, franchise owner, Bobby Lyons. Together, they have constructed a beautiful family of six children and seven grandchildren.

With an art degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, she became highly involved in the color selections and designs for the company’s model and inventory homes. In her role, Norma also oversees the remodeling operations.

Lindsey has served as Purchasing Assistant and Customer Concierge since 2017. Born in Ft. Myers, and a graduate of Estero High School, she worked in the insurance industry for over eight years as a licensed representative, familiarizing herself with the building industry. Lindsey has three children with her husband Kyle and enjoys relaxing with friends and family in her spare time.

Kyle is the son of Bobby and Norma Lyons and started helping in the company’s warranty department when he was 15 years old. He began his professional career at a remodeling company before opening a remodeling business of his own. After running his one-man show for a couple of years, he brought his experience and talent back to Lyons Housing, LLC. Kyle has three children with his wife Lindsey and enjoys building custom wood furniture, tinkering with electronics, and spending time with family and friends.

Originally from Indianapolis, Scott grew up very familiar with the building profession. His father was a structural engineer and Scott even worked on a framing crew for a short time after high school.

Scott spent 18 years in the information technology field, but the building industry kept calling. He began his career in real estate in 2003, specializing in new home sales for several of Lee County’s prestigious gated communities. From his time in the IT field, Scott learned that attention to detail makes all the difference in the world when helping home buyers. His pledge to clients is to always provide exceptional service and exceed expectations.

Bill brings over 30 years of real estate expertise to his clients. He began in retail management in New Jersey, then spent the first part of his real estate career selling new homes for various builders, banks, and marketing companies. He joined Lyons Housing, LLC in 2003 and specializes in customizing homes in exclusive, gated communities. Bill excels in customer service and places a tremendous amount of time and energy into building these relationships.

In addition to his job, Bill loves music, biking, running, cooking (& eating!) traveling, his wife of 21 years, and their four Italian Greyhounds.

Kiley Lyons, the second youngest daughter of Bobby and Norma Lyons, proudly graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2021 with a degree in Health Science. She brings a passion and a dedication to serving others in her role at Lyons Housing, LLC. With her extensive experience and academic background, Kiley is an invaluable asset to our team.

Tony served in the US Army from 1978-81 as an Infantryman in West Germany wearing the Big Red One patch. Afterward, he served as a Deputy Sheriff for 10 years in Charlotte and Lee Counties. His career took another turn in the early ’90s when he had an opportunity to obtain his State General Contractors License. He gained invaluable experience building five communities in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties. Today, Tony puts his prodigious talents to work for Lyons Housing, LLC, where he feels very blessed to be part of such an awesome team. The feeling, of course, is mutual.
