About Us

For franchise owner Bobby Lyons, growing beautiful things out of the ground is in his genes. But rather than go into the family farming business, he focused on homebuilding after earning a degree in construction at the University of Florida. Bobby was awarded the first AR Homes® franchise in 1978.

Lori spent nearly 20 years working directly with AR Homes® founder, Art Rutenberg. His passion for homebuilding inspired her to get involved with customers by overseeing the Model Home and Design Centers. Since joining Lyons Heritage Tampa, she was awarded the Builder of the Year award—the second woman to earn this achievement.

Eddie is a seasoned builder with 15 years of experience in both commercial and custom residential construction. A proud graduate from the Construction Management Program at the University of Florida, Eddie currently serves as Building Company Vice president at Lyons Heritage Tampa. When not overseeing projects, Eddie enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his wife, two sons and daughter.

Veronica joined Lyons Heritage Tampa, LLC in 2015 as the Controller for both Lyons Heritage Tampa, LLC and Lyons Housing, LLC in Fort Myers.  She previously worked for Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Inc., now known as AR Franchising Inc., for eleven years working in accounting and human resources where she provided all accounting training to existing and new franchises.  Veronica graduated from USF with a bachelor’s in accounting and grew up in the Tampa Bay Area.  She has one son and enjoys spending time with him and her family.

Julie joined Lyons Heritage Tampa, LLC in 1996 as the Accounts Payable Administrator.  During her time here, she has also worked in Warranty, has always assisted in the Accounting dept and is a vital part of the team.  Prior to joining Lyons Heritage, she managed a daycare center in Lutz for 16 years.  She has lived in the Lutz area for most of her life and currently enjoys spending time with her husband and her three grandchildren.

Mary joined the AR Homes Tampa team in 2020 after a 30-year physical therapy career in various healthcare settings throughout the Tampa Bay area.  She is now an integral part of the AR Homes team helping with day-to-day accounting operations.  Mary and her husband enjoy live music and traveling to attend concerts around the country.

Jamie graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.  She started her career in Advertising but later pursued a career in Interior Design and took courses at Indian River Sate College. She has been working in the residential homebuilding industry for over fifteen years. Jamie enjoys gardening, boating, and spending time with her daughter.

A Florida native, Eric has over 30 years of construction experience with an in-depth knowledge of energy efficiency and whole house building systems which is important when building in the tough Florida climate. Eric says, “the best part of being a Construction Manager for the Lyons Heritage team is that it is always easy to do the right thing, turning dream homes into reality and the relationships that are built on the job site.” Eric makes his home in Pasco County with his wife Melissa and two great kids Abby and Ean.

KT graduated from Baylor University and began his construction career in the hotel and restaurant industries learning to provide exceptional service and experiences by anticipating customer needs through thoughtful design. He now applies that same attention to detail to the construction of beautiful homes across the Greater Tampa Bay Area. In his free time, he enjoys improving his own home and growing an urban jungle of sorts in the heart of Tampa. He also spends his evenings and weekends riding bikes with his dogs or at the gym.

Zack has been a construction manager for over 14 years, with all his experience being in the residential home building industry. Being a second-generation home builder, he grew up loving construction and learning so much from his father, working in the industry and at the University of South Florida. He loves to spend his free time fishing, hunting, and traveling with his fiancé Britni and their two labradors, Mogan & Blanton. Zack was born and raised in the beautiful state of Florida where his love for being on the water began.

Donna is a seasoned Sales Consultant at AR Homes with decades of experience in New Home Sales and construction. She is dedicated to helping customers bring their dream homes to life and has been recognized for her excellence by achieving Top Club status eight times. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending quality time with her family, including the most recent additions, lovingly referred to as the Fantastic Five, and exploring new travel destinations.

Nicole’s 24-year real estate career has been mostly involved with luxury project development in conjunction with some of the world’s most recognized brands: St. Regis Residence, Mandarin Oriental Tower Chicago, Ritz Carlton Residences, Regent Hong Kong, MGM, Trump International. “It’s easy to be inspired when you are surrounded by inspiration!” says Nicole. “Being with AR Homes creates my dream of selling real estate and luxury new homes.” Nicole’s interests include art, photography, history, snow skiing and practicing yoga.

Suzie began her career with Arthur Rutenberg Homes in the late 1990s, working in the Sales Support Department at their corporate offices in Clearwater, FL. In 2015, she joined Lyons Heritage Tampa as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where she expertly juggles a variety of roles. Outside of work, Suzie loves to travel and to spend time at the beach with her family.
