David Bonamy
With nearly three decades of experience in homebuilding, David is a proud AR Homes® franchise owner. His career has been highlighted by building residential communities, as well as large scale student housing communities. David graduated from The University of Alabama with a football letterman, an SEC Championship and All-SEC Academic Honors. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three children and live in Birmingham.
Mary Kathryn Bonamy
Mary Kathryn graduated with her BA from the University of Notre Dame and completed her MS from the Clemson University. While at both schools, she was a varsity athlete in softball. Mary Kathryn currently resides in Birmingham, where she is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for J. David Homes LLC.
Jennifer Bonamy
Jennifer graduated from Florida State University in 1992 with a degree in Accounting and Finance. She worked as a CPA until 2004 to be a stay-at-home mom. Jennifer joined the AR Homes® family once David opened up his franchise. Jennifer resides in Birmingham and is the Office Manager for J. David Homes, LLC.
Mark Brinson
Mark has a variety of experience in the construction arena. For 18 years, he has worked as an Account Manager, Instillation Manager, as well as an Implementation Specialist, developing systems to ensure productivity and growth. He also has worked in commercial construction and custom cabinetry. Mark values relationships with his customers and contractors and strives to satisfy their individual needs while providing excellent leadership and follow through.
Jared Murphy
Jared has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. He began his career in industrial steel construction and for the last 10 years has been specializing in residential home construction. Jared resides in Trussville, Alabama with his wife Amy. They have two daughters Bailey and Katelyn.
Will Spiers
Will is a Construction Science and Management graduate from Clemson University, where he also lettered on the football team from 2016-2021. He serves the company as a Project Manager. Will and his wife, Amelia, both are natives of South Carolina, but now live in Birmingham.
