A Festive Start to the Holiday Season at Southern Hills Community

Our team recently held a spectacular “Kickoff to the Holidays” event in the premier Southern Hills Plantation community, located north of Tampa in Brooksville, Florida. Over 70 VIP homeowners gathered in the model home on Thursday evening for the first look at the stunning holiday decorations. Local vendors were chosen to cater the event, adding a delightful touch to the celebration. 

Unveiling the Festive Decorations
While our models are always beautifully decorated with the latest trends in interior design, we wanted to enhance it further to kick off the holiday season. We invited renowned Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn’s local stores from The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel to beautifully adorn the model home with holiday decor. The result was a breathtaking sight, with every corner exuding the warmth and cheer of the holiday season. Guests were treated to a sneak peek of the festive ambiance in the model home, creating a delightful anticipation for the upcoming holiday season.   

Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn even set up a pop-up shop in the model to sell featured items to the delighted guests. A portion of the sales was donated to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.   

Delicious Catering from Local Vendors
To make the event even more special, we collaborated with local vendors known for their delectable offerings. Paulette Project provided a selection of mouthwatering cold hors d’oeuvres, while Pete’s Grill at Southern Hills Plantation prepared hot and savory hors d’oeuvres that filled the air with enticing aromas. Finally, for those with a sweet tooth, Cake Tails by Shatala crafted delectable desserts that were almost too beautiful to eat.  

Community Spirit and Celebration
The “Kickoff to the Holidays” event fostered a sense of community and connectedness among the attendees. Guests ranged from community members, existing homeowners, current homebuyers, Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn associates, and more! Everyone present shared in the joy and anticipation of the upcoming holiday season. The model home created the perfect backdrop for conversations and laughter as guests marveled at the festive decorations and indulged in delicious bites. It was an event filled with warmth, laughter, and cheer, setting the tone for the festivities to come in the Southern Hills community. While the VIP event lasted one evening, the model home remained decorated throughout the weekend for all model home visitors to enjoy.
